Processing Times
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom Orders: If your order includes custom or made-to-order products, processing times may extend to 5-7 business days. Specific timeframes will be communicated at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping times are calculated after the order has been processed. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (apply code: HOT100).
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is also available but may have extended delivery times depending on the carrier.
International Shipping
Availability: We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated times will be provided during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your package’s status.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver after multiple attempts, we will contact you to confirm your shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@higherfrequency432.com so we can assist you.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a resolution (e.g., replacement or refund).
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes: Once an order has been placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours. After that, the order will be processed.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
